Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Heavy Duty PU Food and Pharmaceutical Ducting Hose – FDA Approved

Application: Ralco BPI382M is designed for high flow-rates of extremely abrasive solids such as sand, gravel, grain, refuse glass and chips; for gaseous and liquid media; for silo vehicle; as conveying hose in glassworks, docks, steelworks, quarries, shipyards, cement works; for the food and pharmaceutical industry
Properties: Highly abrasion-proof; optimized flow properties; very high pressure, vacuum and compression resistance; high axial strength; food grade wall, complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010, EU Directive 2002/72/EC, including the latest Amending Directive 975/2009 and Regulation No. 10/2011; microbe and hydrolysis resistant; good resistance to chemicals; according to the German TRBS 2153 (formerly BGR 132), the spiral can be earthed.
