Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Airflex PU Food Anti-Static Ducting Hose

Description: Ralco Airflex PU Food Anti-Static is a highly flexible, kink proof, phthalate free polyurethane ducting hose with static wires for the transfer of air, dust, fumes, gasses, smoke, chemical gasses, powders and pulverized products, granulates or plastics, glass or rock wool and in food quality applications like sugar, grain and other abrasive foodstiffs. When flexed, Aiflex PU Anti-Static retains it full bore as the PU material is forced to the outside, thus creating a full flow without obstruction.
Bending Radius: 1 times inside diameter.
Approvals: According to EU-Directive 10/2011 (Food simulants A, B, C, D1, D2 and E) and EC 1935/2004
Temperature Range: -25°C to +85°C.
Construction: Transparent polyurethane, smooth inside, crushproof PVC spiral, corrugated cover and wound anti-static copper yarns.
Options: DAFFPUA can be manufactured with different colour helix options or in different solid colours subject to MOQ's.
