Description: Flame-retardant polyurethane suction and blast hose for the wood industry; medium weight, highly flexible and compressible by a ratio of 4:1.

Applications: Ralco TPU532SC is designed specifically for CNC machines; for the suction of wood dust and wood chips on wood processing machines; for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibres and chips; for de-dusting and suction plants.

Properties: Conforms to the safety regulations of the German Wood Trade Association; abrasion-proof polyurethane; increased pressure and vacuum resistance; microbe and hydrolysis resistant; good resistance to chemicals; flame-retardant according to: DIN 4102-B1; according to the German TRBS 2153 (formerly BGR 132), the spiral can be earthed.

Temperature Range: -40 to +90 approx.; short time to +125 approx.

Design, material: Tape hose; spring steel wire integrated in wall; extruded tape; premium polyurethane, resistant to aggressive wood types and wood preservatives, with flame retardant additive (Pre-PUR); wall thickness 0.7mm
