Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Advance Flood High Pressure Layflat Hose Assembly

Description: Ralco Advance Flood hose is a range of large bore hoses designed for moving large volumes of water supply over long distances and in flood disaster prevention.
Applications: Applications include: refineries, chemical industry, military, civil defence, fire brigades, hose deployment and retrieval systems and flood disaster prevention.
Construction - Textile Reinforcement: Warp - high tenacity polyester. Weft - polyamide; circular woven. Special weaving design to minimize pressure loss. Totally embedded in the rubber compound providing excellent protection against mechanical damage.
Construction - Lining/Cover: Special high grade formulated NBR/PVC compound extruded through the weave in a unique one step production process. Special additives in the compound guarantee superior UV and ageing resistance. Inside is very smooth for minimum friction loss. Outside is ribbed for good abrasion resistance and protection against contact heat.
Couplings: We recommend STORZ couplings with segment binding. Segment binding is ideally suited as it allows very high working pressure and it protects the hose in the binding area.
Standard Lengths: 15mt, 20mt, 30mt & 50mt. Other lengths on request.
Standard Colour: Yellow and red.
Service Temperature: From -20 up to +100 (from -4 up to 212), based on water.
