Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Armorvin HNA (Non-Toxic)
Ralco Part Number: HC1005
Description: Clear Armorvin HNA has a smooth bore and cover with a high tensile steel spring helix embedded and centrally positioned in a thick crystal clear, non-toxic, flexible PVC.
Temperature Range: -5°C to +65°C
Applications: This hose is suitable for high vacuum applications in food and non food industries. It is equally suited to dry or liquid transfer applications. It is suitable for beverages and alcohols that do not contain more than 28% alcohol. Vinegar, fruit juices, drinking water.
Norm: Suitable according to Reg. CE 1935/2004 and Reg. UE 10/2011 for contact with foodstuff that requires a simulating liquid type A B C, migration test performed at 40 for 24 hours.
Advantages: High impact resistance, can be knocked back into shape if crushed. Good abrasion resistance. Excellent vacuum throughout size range at ambient temperature. Good chemical resistance. Good weathering resistance. Excellent transparency, easy to see product being conveyed, and locate blockages. Smooth internal bore and smooth outside cover.
