Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Red Brewers S&D Food Quality Hose - FDA

Tube: Beige colour, non-toxic, smooth synthetic rubber (Conforming to Italian Legislation D.M. 21-3-1973 and to the relevant CEE directive).
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile fabrics and embedded steel wire helix.
Cover: Red, abrasion and weather resistant, synthetic rubber.
Applications: Ralco HA610 red cover FDA approved food quality brewers suction and delivery hose is manufactured with taste and odour-free rubber, it is recommended for suction and delivery of beverages such as mineral water, beer and fruit juices, wine and liqueurs (corresponding to the simulators A, B and C of D.M. 220 of 26-4-93).
Standard Lengths: Up to and including inside diameter 63.5mm: 40m. From I.D. 65mm to 100mm: 20m. On request 40m lengths for sizes up to I.D. 100mm.
Temperature Range: Working temperature: -15 to +70(+158).
Tolerances: RMA steel mandrel
Cleaning: Hose can be washed and sterilised with usual detergents or steam cleaned to a maximum temperature of +120 (+248) for short periods.
Recommendations: The hose should be cleaned and left empty after use.
Hose Assemblies: Available fitted with hygienic fittings & ferrules, including RJT, DIN, SMS & Tri-Clover.
