Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Vacupress Cristal S&D Hose

Description: Ralco Vacupress Cristal is a high pressure PVC water suction and delivery hose which is flexible, very strong, resistant to abrasion according to DIN 53516: mm3 90. Smooth inside and outside.
Temperature Range: -5 +65
Applications: Universal hose for suction and delivery of liquid foodstuffs, drinking water, spirits to 28%, where heavy use conditions are demanded.
Norm: Suitable according to Reg. CE 1935/2004 and Reg. UE 10/2011 for contact with foodstuff that requires a simulating liquid type A B C, migration test performed at 40 for 24 hours.
Advantages: Two layers in soft PVC with steel spiral which is embedded in the first layer and with polyester reinforcement between the first and second layer. Heavy duty quality.
