Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Ralcoflex PU Layflat Hose
Ralco Part Number: HAA114
Description: The Ralco Ralcoflex PU polyurethane multi-purpose hose is the new generation extruded layflat hose that sets new standards in performance and durability. Featuring: superior abrasion resistance, extremely hardwearing and durable for long service life, resistance to oil, fuel and a wide range of chemicals, resistance to weathering and ozone, flexible and lightweight compared to mandril built hoses, good handling and excellent cold flexibility.
Applications: Applications include: construction sites, waste water industry, agriculture and mining, transport of abrasive materials, flexible pipeline even in extreme terrain, irrigation and sludge disposal, for heavy duty service under the toughest conditions.
Construction - Textile Reinforcement: High tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven. Totally embedded in the PU compound providing excellent protection against mechanical damage.
Construction - Lining/Cover: Thermoplastic polyether polyurethane extruded through the weave in a unique one step production process. Inside is very smooth for minimum friction loss. Outside is also very smooth for good flexibility.
Special Options: Single lengths longer than 200 m (660 ft). 52 - 90 mm up to 500 m (1,650 ft) and 102 - 127 mm up to 400 m (1,320 ft). Other dimensions.
Note that special options are subject to a higher price of and a minimum order of 1,000 m (3,300 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and over production up to 10% of the total order quantity have to be accepted - please enquire for more details.
