Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Sigma Plus FS 3320 Material Handling Hose

Application: A premium suction and delivery hose for the pneumatic and hydraulic conveying of abrasive materials, such as cement, sand, phosphates, quartz, dolomite, waste glass, dry mixed animal feed, grain, bark, wood shavings, etc.
Tube: NR/BR/SBR, black, abrasion resistant, electrically conductive, colored wear indicator.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, zinc plated wire helix.
Cover: EPDM/SBR, black, resistant to ozone and weather, abrasion resistant, electrically conductive, corrugated with cloth impression.
Temperature Range: -35°C to +80°C.
Features:
- The entire feed system is very easy to assemble due to a specially designed coupling system.
- Average wear of the tube 50 mm³ (according to DIN ISO 4649:2021).
- Colour wear indicator – for early detection that a replacement is required.
- MSHA approved cover: MSHA IC-08/24.
- External, segmented coupling system allows easy replacement of hose. Couplings can normally be reused.
