Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

SIGMA White FS 3340 Material Handling Hose

Application: Food quality suction and delivery hose for conveying pneumatically and hydraulically solid and dusty foodstuffs, such as animal feed, silo products, grain, light coloured plastic granulates and oil-laden substances, etc.
Tube: NBR/PVC, white, abrasion resistant, food quality, antistatic.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, zinc plated wire helix.
Cover: CR, black, resistant to ozone and weather, abrasion resistant, resistant to oil, electrically conductive, corrugated with cloth impression.
Temperature Range: -35°C to +80°C.

- The entire feed system is very easy to assemble due to a specially designed coupling system.
- Average wear of the tube 140 mm³ (according to DIN ISO 4649:2021).
- External, segmented coupling system allows easy replacement of hose. Couplings can normally be reused.
