Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Black Wire Braided Steam 17 Bar Hose ISO 6134

Tube: Smooth, black, seamless synthetic rubber, resistant to superheated and saturated steam.
Reinforcement: Two braids of high-tensile steel wire.
Cover: Smooth, black, synthetic rubber, resistant to heat, ageing, abrasion and weathering. The cover is pin-pricked to prevent blister during use.
Applications: Ralco HA420 black cover rubber 17 Bar steam hose is suitable for loading saturated and superheated steam in cleaning and sterilization applications, fire prevention and general industrial use. Drain after use. Continuous use at maximum peak temperature can shorten service life.
Specification: Meets EN ISO 6134 Type A2 and BS 5342 Type 2B
Standard Lengths: Standard lenghts: 40m. Maximum lengths: Inside diameter 13mm: 100m. Inside diameter 19mm: 80m. Inside Diameter 25mm: 50m.
Temperature Range: Working temperature: -40 to +210(+410) with peaks up to 235 (+455).
Recommendations: Use only couplings with safety clamps. Check coupling tightness before every utilisation. Drain after use. When not in use, store the hose on a flat surface (shelves) and never hang from a hook.
