Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Blue Cover 6 Bar Steam Hose (Food Quality)

Tube: EPDM, white, food grade, smooth, seamless.
Cover: EPDM, blue, smooth fabric finish.
Description: Low pressure steam hose for hot water and steam appliances in the food processing industry, butcheries, dairies, etc. Hose cover is resistant against lactic acid, animal and vegetable fats, and is non staining quality.
Working Pressure: 6 bar.
Burst Pressure: 60 bar.
Temperature Range: Maximum +164ºC.
Recommendations: Use only steam couplings with interlocking safety clamps. Check coupling tightness before every utilisation. Drain after use. When not in use, store the hose on a flat surface (shelves) and never hang from a hook. Drain after use.
