Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Ralcoflex SPE90 Yellow Rubber Layflat Air Hose

Description: Ralcoflex SPE90 is a yellow rubber covered 30 bar working pressure multi-purpose layflat air hose which is designed for use in tough applications. Featuring: A high visibility cover with both high working and burst pressures, excellent wear resistance and durability for long service life, resistance to oil, fuel and a wide range of chemicals, resistance to heat, weathering and ozone, flexible and lightweight compared to mandrel built hoses, good handling and no cleaning or drying is required.
Applications: Applications include: construction sites and industry, agriculture, tunnelling and mining, high pressure water transfer and compressed air, irrigation and draining, for heavy duty service under tough conditions.
Construction - Textile Reinforcement: High tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven. Totally embedded in the rubber compound providing excellent protection against mechanical damage.
Construction - Lining/Cover: Special high visibility grade formulated NBR/PVC compound extruded through the weave in a unique one step production process. Inside is very smooth for minimum friction loss. Outside is heavily ribbed for superior abrasion resistance and protection against contact heat.
Special Options: Lengths up to 200 m (660 ft). Colour according to customer specification. Cold flexible version available Ralcoflex SPE Ice down to -30°C (-22°F). Ultra heavy SPE150 with 150 Bar Burst Pressure. Other dimensions. Note that special options are subject to a higher price of and a minimum order of at least 1,000 mts (3,300 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and over production up to 10% of the total order quantity have to be accepted - please enquire for more details.
Standard Lengths: 100/120/200 mt (330/660 ft), other lengths on request.

Service Temperature: From -20°C up to +100°C (from -4°F up to 212°F), based on water.
Hose Assemblies: Available with end fittings including; QR Couplings, Female BSP Couplings, KCN Nipples all fitted using UL Band-It Clamps.
