Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Ralco are pleased to offer the complete solution for hose assemblies to further enhance our flexible hose range. We can manufacture from stock, hoses mechanically swaged with ferrules, fitted with band-it, interlocking safety clamps, malleable clamps, Mikalor or jubilee type clips and wire-whipping.
Having invested in our assembly facility, we have recently installed a new FinnPower crimping machine (image above) enabling us to offer swaged hose assemblies. We have also upgraded our hydrostatic pressure testing equipment.
Ralco can now supply hose assemblies in rubber, PVC and polyurethane for applications including air, water, oil & fuel, chemical, steam, material handling, food & drink and fire-fighting.

Before you spec it, STAMP it.
To help with providing the correct information for hose assemblies, be sure to STAMP it. This will help identify exactly what hose assembly is required.
Size What is the inside diameter of the hose and what length is required.
Temperature Temperature of the product being conveyed. Will there an external temperature (minus or positive).
Application How is the hose going to be used, internal/external, static or dynamic, will there be any abrasion or flexing.
Media What is being conveyed through the hose, what is the concentration, is it flammable or likely to create static.
Pressure What pressure (positive/negative) will the hose be subject to during use.
