Established in 1972, Ralco Tubings Ltd is an ISO 9001: 2015 approved supplier of industrial hose, flexible ducting hose and hose fittings. We also design and manufacture hose assemblies for air, water, fuel, chemical, steam, hot water, material handling and other applications.

Temporary Boiler & Chiller Hoses
Ralco have supplied temporary boiler & chiller companies for over 10 years, developing a waealth of knowledge in the sector. We work with both boiler & chiller manufacturers and hire companies. Our extended range of hoses are used to connect temporary boilers and chillers to a building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They are commonly used in situations where the building's primary HVAC system is under repair or replacement, or when additional heating or cooling capacity is needed temporarily. Our stainless steel hoses are used for hot & cold water as well as gas supply. Our swaged hose assemblies are also used for water/glycol coolant in temporary ice rink setup.
Our temporary boiler and chiller hoses are supplied in either EPDM rubber or stainless steel and can be manufactured in various sizes and lengths. We offer hoses from 1” to 6” fitted with either camlocks, bauers, PN16 or ANSI 150 fixed/Swivel flanges or BSP threaded fittings in stainless steel, brass, steel or alloy. Rubber hoses can be supplied mechanically crimped with ferrules or swage rings, fitted using Band-It Stainless Steel Ultra-Lok Clamps or using Mikalor Supra clamps.
We also supply connecting adaptors including camlock & bauer to BSP thread as well as flange to bauer, flange to camlock or BSP threaded flanged fittings.
