We sell industrial, flexible hoses by the coil or by the metre and are also suppliers of couplings and clamps, with bespoke assembly available too. Ralco can supply hose assemblies using swage ferrules, interlocking safety clamps, band-it clamps, steam clamps, mikalor clamps, worm drive clamps and more, with fittings such as Camlock, flanged, European and US quick release, BSP and NPT thread, Bauer and Storz available for assembly.

Our hose management system offers our customers valuable transparency and quality management. We store a record of the exact hoses and fittings you have purchased from Ralco, as well as the date of labelling and testing. Upon request, we can extract this information from our database and provide you with precise installation records, allowing you to keep on top of re-purchasing or scheduled maintenance, hassle-free.

Our pressure testing for industrial hoses is perfect for customers who require an extra level of security. All tests are conducted with water to 1.5 times the working pressure of the lowest pressured component, whether that be the hose, the fitting or the clamp. We can also provide you with certification so that you can keep a record of the certified pressures of your industrial hoses.

Pressure testing can be conducted as often as needed, dependant upon the application you are using your hoses for.

Within our warehouse facility, we have a dedicated area for inhouse hose production. Here we have all of the latest tools and technology to provide the very best industrial, flexible hose solutions for your applications.

We are able to tailor our hose assemblies to suit your company and offer many different solutions within the design and production phase as a result of our excellent experience and industry knowledge. Bespoke hoses with two different fittings at each end can also be manufactured.

Our bespoke hose branding and colours service is subject to minimum order quantities. We can design and manufacture tailored solutions that fit in with your company’s colours and style. PVC hoses can be branded with company name, telephone numbers and your brand’s name, and logos and QR codes can also be applied to mandrel-built hoses. 

Occasionally, we work with an external company to create bespoke tape for your industrial hoses that can include your company name, logo and QR code.

Ralco conducts site surveys which you can schedule through our contact form or by calling the office. On a typical site visit, our engineers will check for signs of industrial hose damage or wearing. We will identify the hoses you are currently using and discuss any specific hose requirements you might have. We can also recommend industrial hoses and fittings to best suit your applications, including bespoke solutions.

As part of our hose assembly and hose management system, Ralco offer a hose tagging services. Hoses supplied can be tagged with information for ease of identifcation, this can be done in conjunction with customers to add specific information needed.
